Proper golf dress code is required – no jeans are allowed at the golf course. Golf shirts with collars are required for men, shorts are allowed with a proper length.

Clients are expected to be at the golf course and ready to tee off ten (10) minutes prior to their tee time. It is the responsibility of the client and not that of the golf course, hotel or any other source or entity to ensure that the client is at the golf course and ready to tee off ten (10) minutes prior to their scheduled tee time. If for any reason the client does not show up for the tee time the client agrees to forfeit any and all right to claim a refund for the charged amount of money including all fees, exchange rate fees, etc. That would apply to any charge related to this transaction.
It is the client’s responsibility to communicate directly with the golf course to make arrangements for days that it rains. The golf course and the golf reservation center are not responsible for receiving, changing or working with the hotel or hotel employees to pass information for clients regarding altering their reservation. Client agrees that they will waive any right to a refund if they are not able to produce a document in writing from the golf reservation center documenting a change. Accepting the terms of this agreement is also an acceptance of the terms and conditions of Cocotal Golf and Country Club including the rain check policy. The client may cancel their tee time twenty-four (24) hours in advance. The client will be refunded the complete charge. It is the sole responsibility of the client to obtain a cancellation confirmation number. Without this cancellation confirmation number, the tee time reservation is considered valid. Cancellation confirmation numbers are time stamped. It is the responsibility of the client to notify Cocotal Golf and Country Club twenty-four (24) hours before the tee time is scheduled to cancel a reservation. Notification may be given by info.cocotalgolf@melia.com between the hours of 7am est and 5pm est. Cancellation requests made outside normal business hours will be handled on the next business day.
All sales are final. Refunds are only available when reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance by email at info.cocotalgolf@melia.com No refunds will be provided for any other type of cancellation. Cancellations are only accepted via email.
This form is an agreement between the client and Cocotal Golf and Country Club. The purpose of this agreement is to confirm a tee time and pay for the cart fee at Cocotal Golf and Country Club. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm their tee time. Tee times are confirmed by email and sent from a Cocotal Golf and Country Club representative.
